Privacy policy
This Privacy Policy describes how Solutionar Consulting collects, uses and protects your personal information, in strict compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Spanish Organic Law on Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).

2. Data we collect and purpose
We process the data you provide for the following purposes:
- Contact form: Name, email, company, phone and message. This data is used solely to respond to your enquiries and manage the commercial relationship.
- Security and fraud prevention: We use an anonymous hash of your IP address to prevent spam and brute-force attacks (rate-limiting). The IP address is never stored in clear text.
- Campaign parameters (UTM): Technical source data present in the URL to analyse the effectiveness of our campaigns, in aggregated and non-identifiable form.
3. Legal basis
The legal basis for processing your data is your explicit consent when ticking the acceptance box in our forms. For existing clients, the basis is the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures.
4. Data retention
Personal data will be kept for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected and to determine any liabilities that may arise from that purpose and from the processing of the data.
5. Recipients
We do not share your data with third parties except where legally required. However, we use the following service providers acting as data processors:
- Supabase (SaaS): Database and authentication infrastructure with enterprise-grade encryption.
6. Your rights (ARCO-POL rights)
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to or restrict the processing of your data, and to data portability.
To exercise these rights, you may send an email to privacy@solutionar.eu. To protect your privacy, we will only request additional information to verify your identity if we have reasonable doubts about it.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) if you consider that the processing does not comply with the regulations.
7. Cookies
We use a single technical cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) to remember your language preference. It is strictly necessary for the site to work and is therefore exempt from consent under the ePrivacy Directive. It is not used for analytics or advertising and cannot identify you.
8. Security
We implement technical and organisational measures to ensure the security of your data, including the use of encrypted databases and secure connections (SSL/TLS).
