Terms of sale

1. Prices

Prices shown exclude VAT unless expressly stated. The applicable tax is calculated and itemised before the order is confirmed.

2. Orders

Confirming an order constitutes a purchase offer. The sale is completed upon acceptance and confirmation by the seller.

3. Payment

Payment is made through the methods enabled on the site. The order may be processed once payment is confirmed.

4. Shipping and delivery

Delivery times are indicative and confirmed during checkout. Risk passes to the customer upon delivery.

5. Withdrawal and returns

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days in accordance with consumer law. For business-to-business (B2B) transactions, the conditions agreed in the contract apply.

6. Warranty

Products carry the applicable legal warranty under current legislation.

7. Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law and subject to the Courts and Tribunals of Granada (Spain).
